Perci Chester is an American visual artist working across disciplines ncluding photography, sculpture and painting, to explore notions of identity, play and freedom. Her work has been exhibited extensively and is represented in numerous private and public collections. She lives and practices in Minneapolis.

San Francisco 1974: In Search of the Glass Slipper is an art book centering a series of gay and drag culture photographs taken “behind-the-scenes” at house parties, concerts and in the people’s homes in pre-AIDS San Francisco - all in 1974.
